Welcome to DBD. 2024 was a tough year for me personally, and I'd like to thank every one of you who has supported me - you have been my light in times of darkness. 2024 saw the highest number of ransomware attacks on record, and there's no sign of these attacks slowing down as we head into the new year. Ransomware is a BIG problem that is NOT going away anytime soon, and this year could be just as catastrophic, if not worse, as cyber criminals continue to extort their victims with very little chance of being brought to justice. DBD discovered and researched 898 Global Ransomware Victims over 79 Countries and Islands, including 405 US Ransomware Victims over 46 States and Districts, claimed by 36 Data-Leaking Ransomware Operators in Q1 2023.
