Welcome to DBD. On March 8th we celebrated our 4th Anniversary and the 1st Anniversary of our PRiSM application, officially endorsed by the SANS Institute. Despite recent personal issues that have impacted the amount of time I have been able to dedicate to both projects, I have been doing my best to keep everything as up-to-date as possible, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their patience and support whilst I navigate through this very difficult time. Welcome to the third quarter of this year's DLR Report, an exclusive presentation of Data-Leaking Ransomware Operator's Global and US Victims that were claimed between 1st July and 30th September 2021.

DBD discovered and researched 711 Global Ransomware Victims over 74 Countries, including 301 US Ransomware Victims over 45 States, claimed by 35 Data-Leaking Ransomware Operators in Q3 2021.
