Welcome to DBD. On March 8th 2026, DBD celebrates it's sixth anniversary and PRiSM celebrates it's third anniversary. Data-Leaking Ransomware Report - October 2025

Welcome to last month's DLR Report, an exclusive presentation of Data-Leaking Ransomware Operator's Global and US Victims that were claimed between 1st October and 31st October 2025.


DBD discovered and researched 808 Global Ransomware Victims over 74 Countries and Islands, including 455 US Ransomware Victims over 46 States and Districts, claimed by 60 Data-Leaking Ransomware Operators in October 2025.

DBD also discovered and researched 8 New Active Ransomware Operators called Black Field, BrotherHood, FulcrumSec, GENESIS, Kryptos, Kyber, Scattered LAPSUS$ Hunters and TENGU in October 2025.
