Welcome to DBD. On March 8th 2026, DBD celebrates it's sixth anniversary and PRiSM celebrates it's third anniversary. Data-Leaking Ransomware Report - February 2026

Welcome to last month's DLR Report, an exclusive presentation of Data-Leaking Ransomware Operator's Global and US Victims that were claimed between 1st February and 28th February 2026.


DBD discovered and researched 768 Global Ransomware Victims over 70 Countries and Islands, including 378 US Ransomware Victims over 42 States and Districts, claimed by 60 Data-Leaking Ransomware Operators in February 2026.

DBD also discovered and researched 7 New Active Ransomware Operators called CipherForce, Insomnia, KittyKatKrew, Meduza Locker, Payload, Reynolds and The Green Blood Group in February 2026.
