Welcome to DBD. On March 8th 2026, DBD celebrated it's sixth anniversary and PRiSM celebrated it's third anniversary. Data-Leaking Ransomware Report - December 2025

Welcome to last month's DLR Report, an exclusive presentation of Data-Leaking Ransomware Operator's Global and US Victims that were claimed between 1st December and 31st December 2025.


DBD discovered and researched 867 Global Ransomware Victims over 72 Countries and Islands, including 390 US Ransomware Victims over 44 States and Districts, claimed by 61 Data-Leaking Ransomware Operators in December 2025.

DBD also discovered and researched 4 New Active Ransomware Operators called LOCKDOWN, MintEye Team, MS13-089 and Osiris in December 2025.
